Basically I lost a bunch of money on Adwords paying for expensive clicks that didn't generate sales...or at least not enough to have positive ROI. I either broke even or paid $500 to make $100 :) So that was my first trial with making money on the internet. The problem was, that I got hooked though. I couldn't stop thinking about making some quick cash online. Even though I wasn't making crap, the affiliate sales got me addicted to affiliate marketing. From that point on, I would spend hours in front of my PC searching Google for ways to make money. I bought all the courses, ebooks, and software tools hoping to find the magic button. Finally, I realized that there is no such a thing as the magic button. I needed to figure it out on my own, but somehow I couldn't see the light just yet. After I lost almost all my savings and got myself into some big debt, I realized it was time to stop this madness. I actually took some time off, and almost gave up on this entire idea of making money online. One day, after about 3 weeks of not even trying to do anything with my computer anymore, I decided to do something different. I tried different traffic generation methods, and completely changed the way I was going to promote affiliate products.
